XCOM- bestiary

This is my take at the TASOTH ! It's very different from the game character, because i've never loved the original one that much...it was a cartoon version of a velociraptor from Jurassic Park, maybe because of the period influence, i mean it was the mid '90s, dinosaurs were chic, put some of them in the game...
So, let that beast show its real look! It should be an ALIEN, that means radically exotic skeleton and muscle structure, with a head resembling a viperfish and its translucent jaws, which i'll sharpen eventually...

Any ideas about the legs? You said "two of them"? Mmmmh...

You Can Now Research Ampl Seaman

Some fan art to start ; those three, and more eventually, are from that old XCom TFTD game ( if you've played it, you can't forget it ).
Ampl stands for Assault Implant, a heavy armoured chassis integrated with a human head and spine ( the process should be reversible) (some say) .
Ampl common setup has a Hydrojet cannon, fed with HE rockets derivated from sonic pulsers, and a heavy thermal lance; FLIR, sensors and LLcameras are housed in the front pods.
Proved itself nearly unstoppable ( it's 170 on each stat, "...e 'sti cazzi") with its only weakness being those creepy tentaculats' stings from the rear... well there ain't room for a back looking cam i suppose...anyway a LOBSTER like the one in the picture shouldn't pose a  major threat...
